ALLU SM Screening Bucket
The ALLU SM Screening Bucket is a versatile product line for screening, crushing, mixing, pulverising, aerating and loading of different materials.
The concept came from the idea to develop an accessory for loaders that would screen, crush, mix and pulverise as many materials as possible. The reliability, versatility, easy maintenance and service and economic efficiency are the feature that makes the ALLU screener crusher bucket unique.
The ALLU bucket makes it possible to handle difficult materials in a way that previously was not possible. The ALLU SM Bucket will process contaminated soils, stabiles soft bulk and mix, blend and crush different material for composting purpose with the ALLU bucket.
On most job sites the ALLU SM Screening Bucket replaces expensive specialised machines that are difficult to transport. Where previously job site materials were handles as waste materials, which resulted in high waste material costs, these materials can be processed with the ALLU SM bucket for re-use on the job site or for transportation to another job site or depot.

Lloyd Star screening bucket
The bucket is filled in the normal manner, moved to the screening position and powered up by engaging the hammer circuit. During screening the larger fragments are retained in the bucket with the smaller fragments screened through the stars. When screening is finished the hammer circuit is turned off and the bucket moved to the tip area where the retained material is tipped out.
The star bucket has a unique screening action that rotates the material in a similar manner to a rotary / trommel bucket but has the benefit of rotating star discs agitating and clawing at the material as it turns. This is achieved by mounting star shafts on a large arc forming the back and top of the bucket.
Another unique feature of the Lloyd star screening bucket is the light weight, flexible, self cleaning, polyurethane stars.

- Due to the shafts rotating in one direction, the need for a drain line is eliminated.
